Actionline, on behalf of a major banking institution, is looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist.The role involves providing technical support to end users in a Windows-based environment.Responsibilities:

User access management and configuration (Active Directory)

Support in Microsoft applications (Teams, Outlook, Office 365)

Installation and configuration of workstations

Troubleshooting of daily technical issues

Logging and managing support requests (ticketing)

Requirements:

Degree from University/Technical Institution/College in Computer Science or related field

Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft applications

Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

1–2 years of experience in a similar role
