Engage with German-speaking enterprise clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
Provide expert consultancy and customized solutions aligned with client needs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely service delivery
Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address any issues that arise
Document and track all client interactions and feedback comprehensively
Stay informed on market trends to offer relevant insights and advice to clients
Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and improve client experiences
Requirements
Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Demonstrated experience in consulting or account management, particularly with enterprise clients
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical abilities and a problem-solving mindset
Experience in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-up capabilities
Familiarity with CRM tools and data management software
A proactive, dedicated approach to client services and relationship management
