Monitor chat activities to ensure compliance with community standards during gameplay
Engage with players in Spanish, responding to their inquiries and fostering a welcoming environment
Identify and address any inappropriate behavior or content effectively and promptly
Provide management with insights on chat trends and player interactions
Work with team members to enhance chat moderation approaches
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on gaming industry standards
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
A strong interest in gaming and understanding of online gaming communities
Previous experience in moderation or customer service is beneficial but not required
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with players effectively
Problem-solving abilities and capability to handle challenging situations
Basic technical proficiency in navigating online platforms
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for building community engagement
