Monitor chat rooms during gameplay to ensure compliance with community standards
Engage with players in German, addressing their questions and fostering a friendly atmosphere
Identify and manage inappropriate behavior or content promptly
Provide feedback to management regarding chat dynamics and player engagement
Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation strategies
Participate in training sessions to stay informed about gaming standards and practices
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Strong interest in gaming and familiarity with online gaming communities
Prior experience in moderation or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with players
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
Basic technical skills needed for navigating online platforms
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
