Monitor chat activity during gameplay to ensure compliance with community standards
Engage with players in Dutch, addressing their questions and promoting a positive atmosphere
Quickly identify and manage inappropriate behavior or content
Provide feedback to management about chat dynamics and player interactions
Collaborate with colleagues to improve chat moderation strategies
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on gaming trends and moderation best practices
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
A strong interest in gaming and familiarity with online gaming communities
Previous experience in moderation or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills for creating effective engagement with players
Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations
Basic technical skills necessary for navigating online platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
A positive mindset and enthusiasm for promoting community involvement
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
