- Engage early in service design & transition activities to ensure operational readiness.
- Build and execute Operational Readiness Tests (ORT) for new or modified services.
- Monitor daily service performance dashboards and escalate incidents or capacity risks
- Contribute to incident, problem, and change processes—supplying analysis, evidence, and post-mortem inputs.
- Gather and prioritize improvement ideas, driving continuous-service improvement (CSI) actions to completion
- Liaise with external vendors to track ticket progress and validate contract/SLA compliance
- Provide clear status updates to internal and client stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years in IT support, service delivery, or a closely related role
- Solid grasp of how modern, browser-based applications work (HTTP/S, REST APIs, HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals) and typical performance issues (latency, caching, browser compatibility).
- Exposure to public or hybrid-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and the impact of cloud services on availability, scaling, and incident troubleshooting.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
