As a IT Service Delivery Specialist, your duties will be the following:

Engage early in service design & transition activities to ensure operational readiness.
Build and execute Operational Readiness Tests (ORT) for new or modified services.
Monitor daily service performance dashboards and escalate incidents or capacity risks
Contribute to incident, problem, and change processes—supplying analysis, evidence, and post-mortem inputs.

Produce regular service-performance reports aligned with customer SLAs and KPIs. * Maintain accurate service documentation, runbooks, and configuration records.

Gather and prioritize improvement ideas, driving continuous-service improvement (CSI) actions to completion
Liaise with external vendors to track ticket progress and validate contract/SLA compliance
Provide clear status updates to internal and client stakeholders.

In order for your profile to match the IT Service Delivery Specialist position, you need to have the following skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
1+ years in IT support, service delivery, or a closely related role

ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months) * Working knowledge of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management).

Solid grasp of how modern, browser-based applications work (HTTP/S, REST APIs, HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals) and typical performance issues (latency, caching, browser compatibility).
Exposure to public or hybrid-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and the impact of cloud services on availability, scaling, and incident troubleshooting.
Solid analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Professional fluency in English (spoken & written).
