Deliver high-quality support to Swedish-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone communication.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the online platform swiftly and effectively.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Guide users on platform functionalities and promote their engagement.
Participate in ongoing training to improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
No previous experience required; we encourage enthusiastic entry-level candidates to apply.
