Provide high-quality customer support in Swedish for various travel inquiries
Assist customers with their bookings, modifications, and cancellations
Troubleshoot and resolve travel-related issues promptly
Offer expert advice on travel destinations and services
Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends and the company's product offerings
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Experience in customer support, ideally in the travel sector
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a passion for providing excellent customer service
Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Familiarity with booking systems is a plus
