This full-time, onsite position is based in Athens, Greece.You will handle inbound calls, provide helpful solutions and deliver a friendly, professional service experience.What You'll Be Doing

Whether you are answering questions, recommending products, or resolving concerns with a positive attitude, you will play a key part in delivering a smooth and memorable customer experience.A Typical Day Involves:
- Handling inbound calls from U.S. customers of a leading home improvement retail chain
- Delivering accurate and complete information using the right tools and resources
- Occasionally suggesting additional products or services to existing customers
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Confidence in using computers and navigating software systems
- A professional, enthusiastic and supportive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work late shifts
