- Provide clear, accurate information about accommodations, policies, and available deals to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, working diligently to achieve positive outcomes.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain high-quality service and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience continuously.
- Stay informed about new features, promotions, and trends in the travel industry to provide informed support to clients.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Able to handle challenges with poise and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
