- Manage incoming inquiries through all customer service touch points (inbound call, mails, social media).
- Conduct entries with all the required customer information in the company's CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints through all touch points in accordance with company procedures.
- Initiate outbound calls within the customer's lifecycle.
- Work in shifts according to Customer Service working hours.
- Ideally 1+ year of experience in a call center; experience in the Energy Sector or Service Provision will be considered an asset.
- Working hours flexibility.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Technology including PCs, software applications, and telephone systems.
