Schedule: Rotational shifts (Mon-Sun), 40h/week, 2 days off

- Handle customer queries with empathy and clear communication
- Guide users through account, billing, and product questions
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when needed
- Keep tidy, accurate case notes and follow up on time
- Hit quality, CSAT, and productivity targets
- Fluent English (C1+) strong writing + speaking
- You live in Greece and have valid work rights (EU citizen or Greek residence/work permit)
- Customer service mindset; calm under pressure
- Comfortable using multiple systems while helping customers
- Stable home internet & quiet workspace (for WFH projects)
- Previous contact center or customer support experience
- Tech-savvy (basic troubleshooting)
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays (with compensation per project policy)
