Serve as the main point of contact for Swedish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly
Guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure they have a seamless experience with our offerings
Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and identify any areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and resolve client issues
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system
Identify upselling opportunities that align with client needs and enhance their experience
Stay updated on product information and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role is preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationship building
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-oriented approach
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools and systems
