Deliver exceptional remote support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network services.
Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share knowledge.
Stay updated with product knowledge and technological advancements to assist clients effectively.
Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
Experience in customer support or a similar technical role is a plus, but not required.
A strong interest in technology and the ability to troubleshoot various technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
Able to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
Basic knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and hardware is preferred.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Valid EU Passport or ID is required for employment eligibility.
