Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the streaming platform.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, features, and subscriptions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our support system.
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues when necessary.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest platform developments and service enhancements.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in customer support is an advantage, but motivated newcomers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
A customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of streaming services or related technologies is a plus.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
Must have a stable internet connection for remote work.
Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
