Provide high-quality remote support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolution processes.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share knowledge.
Stay informed about product updates and technical developments to assist clients effectively.
Participate in continuous training and skill development opportunities.
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer support or a technical role is advantageous but not required.
Strong interest in technology and the ability to troubleshoot various technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and customer service.
Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.
Basic knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and hardware is preferred.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Valid EU Passport or ID is required for employment eligibility.
