Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions in the designated systems.

Stay updated on product offerings and relevant changes to provide informed and effective support.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to pinpoint opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer support, particularly in an email-focused position, is advantageous but not mandatory.
Exceptional written communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for effective resolution of customer inquiries.
