PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece is currently seeking to hire an IT Security Operations Engineer on behalf of our client in the industrial sector.The main responsibilities of the position include:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of IT Cybersecurity tools and services
Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to contain and remediate security incidents effectively
Deliver technical assistance in identifying, detecting, and resolving faults related to IT Cybersecurity tools
Implement changes and upgrades following change management process, ensuring minimal risk
Enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices
Participate in and supports the implementation of hybrid cloud environments, (public cloud and on-premises infrastructure)
Collaborate with with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network infrastructure and services
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
Analyze issues/ problems and provides solutions for them
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Informatics or a related discipline
Master’s degree in computer science will be considered as a plus
5 years previous experience in IT security operations or a related role in a 24/7 demanding enterprise environment
Previous experience in leveraging Security with third-party Cloud service providers, such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
CICCP or CISM certifications will considered as an asset
Experience in SIEM & Cybersecurity tools, such as Qradar, WAF, Antivirus, PAM, Email Security
Knowledge in Microsoft 365, Cloud, MDE Defender
Proficient in Azure Security, Azure AD, MDM, and Application Gateway
Knowledge of network security, including, IDS/IPS and TLS termination
Experience in Cloud Platforms focus on MS Azure, Networking & Security
