Deliver outstanding helpdesk support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and services.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the support database.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes.
Educate customers about product features and best practices to optimize their experience.
Stay updated on company products and market trends to provide informed support.
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles is preferred.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Familiarity with common operating systems and troubleshooting methods.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Valid European Passport or ID is required.
