Conduct thorough consultations with clients to accurately identify their IT needs and challenges
Design and present customized IT solutions that align with client objectives
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
Provide ongoing support and training to clients to optimize the use of IT products
Research industry trends and competitive offerings to deliver well-informed recommendations
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Document project developments and collect client feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in IT consulting, solutions delivery, or customer support is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Solid understanding of IT technologies and industry solutions
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is advantageous
A strong commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
