Deliver outstanding support to Finnish-speaking partners through phone, email, and chat
Address and resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and operational issues promptly
Troubleshoot and manage technical queries efficiently
Maintain thorough documentation of all partner interactions to ensure effective communication
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and partner satisfaction
Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices
Adhere to company policies while maintaining high service standards
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer or partner support is advantageous but not required
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to delivering excellent service
Basic technical knowledge or a willingness to learn about our products and services
Proficient in utilizing customer support software and tools
