Assist Finnish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings for reference.
Stay informed about travel industry developments and company offerings to provide informed assistance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required.
Previous experience in customer service or travel support is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on assisting customers.
