Our new center of excellence in Greece is positioned to drive our ongoing business and to support our digital business transformation, as well as the company's operations in the European region which encompasses 27 countries:Chubb is looking for an IT Business Analyst with a specialization in Information Security Area to join our team. Be the mastermind behind our company's technological transformation. Analyze business data and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to ensure that technology innovations remain safe and secure, resilient to cyber attacks.
Understand how business functions operate and analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and problems.
Understand security controls in IT environment, assess their effectiveness and work towards improving their posture.
Produce high-quality work products (such as user requirements, functional specifications, user stories, user manuals, UAT scenarios)
Develop and implement test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on project status, issues, and risks.

Qualifications:Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as an analyst in an IT environment, with focus on cyber / information / IT security topics
Understanding of key security areas as per industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001), and of main concepts such as vulnerabilities, privileged access, data leakage protection, encryption, authentication etc.
Willingness to develop in information security area.
Guru of project and software lifecycles, with an understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and tools
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
Ability to think in an unexpected way and come up with creative solutions.
A lover of spreadsheets and presentations, passionate about tools like Jira, Trello etc.
Strong communications skills with the ability to cooperate with both executives and technical staff in Greek and English
Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from our outstanding mentors.
