Conduct comprehensive analyses of client requirements and existing workflows

Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, providing ongoing support
Keep abreast of industry trends to offer strategic insights to clients
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust
Document findings, project developments, and recommendations clearly and thoroughly
Requirements
Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
Experience in business analysis, digital solutions, or a related field is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Aptitude for understanding and articulating complex digital technology concepts
Proactive mindset focused on delivering results and overcoming challenges
Able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team setting
Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools is a plus
