Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer informed insights to clients
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction

Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
Experience in business analysis, digital solutions, or a related field is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of digital technology concepts and their application in business
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus
