- Oversee front office operations and ensure that your team delivers exceptional customer service.
- Monitor guest feedback, online reviews and take proactive measures to optimize the Guest Journey.
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments and be the point of contact of the hotel.
- Identify training needs, manage performance, reward success. Participate in the departmental recruitment process.
- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, preferably in a 5* luxury city hotel.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Opera PMS.
- Fluent in English, a second foreign language will be an asset.
