Monitor chat sessions during gameplay to ensure adherence to community standards

Quickly identify and respond to any inappropriate behavior or content
Provide management with feedback about chat dynamics and player interactions
Collaborate with team members to refine chat moderation strategies
Participate in training to stay informed about gaming trends and moderation practices
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
A strong interest in gaming and familiarity with online gaming communities
Prior experience in moderation or customer service is beneficial, though not mandatory
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players
Proficient problem-solving abilities to navigate challenging situations
Basic technical skills for navigating online platforms
