Monitor chat rooms during gameplay to ensure compliance with community guidelines
Engage with players in Portuguese, answering questions and promoting a positive atmosphere
Quickly identify and manage any inappropriate behavior or content
Provide valuable feedback to management regarding chat interactions and player engagement
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective moderation strategies
Participate in training programs to stay informed about gaming standards and practices
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with online gaming communities
Prior experience in moderation or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
Basic technical understanding to navigate online platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive mindset and enthusiasm for promoting community involvement
Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as required
