Provide operational support and maintenance for medium- to large-scale software applications and projects
Support training efforts and onboarding for new users by providing guidance and documentation.
Maintain detailed records of support cases, including actions taken and outcomes, using appropriate ticketing or issue tracking systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, perform analysis, and deliver high-quality solutions
Exhibit strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges effectively.
Demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude and contribute actively as a reliable and collaborative team member
Solution and delivery oriented with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (MSc in Computer Science is a plus).
Experience in SQL & relational databases, with emphasis on MS SQL Server 2012 or higher
Very good understanding and experience in Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments
Familiarity with web apps, mainly in Angular as front-end and .NET Core as backend
Familiarity with integration / functional / UI Automation testing is a plus
Good knowledge of Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic business requirements.

Excellent command of Greek & English language
