Engage with clients to identify their specific product requirements and business challenges
Create and recommend customized product solutions that meet and exceed client expectations
Work in close partnership with internal teams to ensure successful product implementation
Provide ongoing support and valuable insights to clients regarding product functionalities
Stay informed of industry trends and competitor products to offer the best recommendations
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service
Document client feedback and insights for continuous service enhancement
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
Experience in product consultancy, client advisory, or relevant customer-facing roles is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
Aptitude for understanding and articulating complex product concepts
Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented with a continuous learning mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and product management tools is beneficial
