Description:Join a dynamic and multicultural team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work with well-known international brands while living in beautiful Greece – whether from the comfort of your home or in one of our modern offices.Requirements:

Fluency in English and one additional European language (Czech, Danish, Dutch, German, French, Spanish...)
EU Passport (mandatory) – we cannot provide visa sponsorship
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed

Offer:

Competitive salary: €15,400 – €18,000 per year (depending on experience and language)
