Provide exceptional Tier 1 support to Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical inquiries and service-related issues.
Document customer interactions accurately within the support system.
Provide customers with clear instructions and guidance regarding product features.
Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support as necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer communications.
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with computer systems and support software is helpful.
