- Administrative Support: Manage the calendar, appointments, and correspondence for senior executives. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Meeting Coordination and Minutes: Organize and schedule meetings, ensure smooth execution, and take detailed minutes. Distribute action points and follow up on their implementation
- Travel Arrangements: Organize international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Document Management: Handle sensitive documents such as contracts, shipping agreements, and vessel certifications. Maintain organized filing systems for easy access and retrieval
- Communication Management: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and professional communication
- Event Planning: Organize meetings, conferences, and company events, ensuring all logistics are professionally handled
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and reconcile executive expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies
- university/College Degree
- excellent command (verbal and written) of the English language
- good knowledge of Ms Office
- familiarity with maritime industry practices, shipping terms, and documentation is highly desirable.
