Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch/Flemish speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with questions related to energy services, billing, and account management.
Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth customer experience.
Continuously enhance your knowledge of energy markets and regulations to provide informed support.
Participate in training sessions and contribute to team improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English (Flemish speakers are also encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with customer service software and general computer proficiency.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to learn and grow within the energy sector.
