Deliver outstanding support to Danish-speaking partners via phone, email, and chat
Address and resolve inquiries related to products, services, and operational issues promptly
Troubleshoot and manage technical queries efficiently
Document all partner interactions thoroughly to maintain effective communication
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and partner satisfaction
Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices
Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining high service standards
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
Prior experience in customer or partner support is advantageous but not required
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to delivering excellent service
Basic technical knowledge or a willingness to learn about our products and services
Proficient in utilizing customer support software and tools
