- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and back-office channels
- Assist with inquiries such as shipment tracking, delivery requests, billing, and claims
- Provide support for internal systems and assist with account setup and onboarding
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining empathy and professionalism
- Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Fluent or C1 level Italian (CEFR or equivalent)
- B2 level English (minimum)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus (not mandatory)
- Performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary
- Transportation allowance up to 100 EUR/month (pro-rated based on attendance)
