Schedule: Monday to Friday | Rotating shifts (08:00–21:00)

  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and back-office channels
  • Assist with inquiries such as shipment tracking, delivery requests, billing, and claims
  • Provide support for internal systems and assist with account setup and onboarding
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining empathy and professionalism
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent or C1 level Italian (CEFR or equivalent)
  • B2 level English (minimum)
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus (not mandatory)
