Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent - Work In Greece - Fully Paid Relocation

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently, striving for high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience and service efficiency.
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotional campaigns, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a multilingual or international environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage customer queries effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a good command of standard office software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation support provided.
