- First level troubleshooting and support for IT issues
- Support and maintain company infrastructure.
- Prepare, inventory, and deploy end-users’ equipment (laptop/workstations).
- Provide technical user support across the group (on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access).
- Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service.
- Set up accounts for new users.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Handle communication with hardware and service providers to fulfill IT procurement requests.
- Document hardware and software problems (building a knowledge base).
- Equipment registration in internal system.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
- Fluency in Greek and English language, both written & spoken.
- Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft O365 platform.
- Basic knowledge and understanding on networking (LAN/WAN, VPN technology etc.).
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Server (Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint, SQL, etc.).
