Deliver excellent helpdesk support to Estonian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to software and hardware.
Accurately document customer inquiries and resolutions in the support database.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and achieve customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance on product features and best practices to customers.
Stay updated on new products and technical advancements to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with common operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Valid European Passport or ID is required.
