- Oversee daily office operations for smooth workflow and organization.
- Manage calls, emails, and correspondence, and maintain company records and filing systems.
- Handle office supply inventory, order placement, and shipment coordination for documents and packages.
- Support People team with employee documentation, onboarding, and offboarding, collaborating with IT.
- Serve as the primary contact for Athens-based employees regarding People Operations matters.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth office operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain organized and presentable office environment.
- Assist with CX and Ops tasks related to key management and client item pickups.
- 1-2 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable using technology, including email, Slack, and G-Suite.
- Positive and friendly personality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
