Provide exceptional customer support to German clients across various communication platforms
Resolve inquiries and deliver personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Promote and educate customers about our loyalty programs and initiatives
Collect customer feedback to facilitate continuous improvement in service
Collaborate with team members and other departments to efficiently resolve customer issues
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable with technology and experienced in using CRM systems
