Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients in German through various communication channels

Stay informed about company services, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Prior experience in corporate customer service or similar roles is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
