Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Outstanding communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service or social media support is advantageous.
