This essential role is focused on delivering outstanding customer support to our diverse global clientele.As a Multilingual Support Representative, you will be tasked with engaging customers primarily in German, while also assisting in other languages as needed. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide timely solutions will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction across various service channels.Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in German and additional languages as necessary
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience
Document all customer interactions to maintain comprehensive records
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service quality
Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide the best possible support
Requirements
Fluency in German and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
