Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers successfully.
Participate in team discussions to share insights and drive an enhanced customer experience.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and effective conflict resolution skills.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
