Consult with clients to identify their specific product needs and business objectives
Develop and recommend tailored solutions that align with client requirements
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product implementation
Provide ongoing support and valuable insights to help clients maximize product use
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide effective advice
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service
Document client feedback and insights for continuous service improvement
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in product consulting, customer advising, or a similar client-facing role is preferred
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving orientation
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Aptitude for understanding and explaining complex product concepts
Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented with a genuine desire to learn
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and product management tools is advantageous
A keen interest in emerging trends and innovations in product solutions
