• Ensure adherence to gaming regulations and company standards during live broadcasts.
• Explain game rules clearly and professionally while maintaining an entertaining presence.
• Foster a positive and inclusive gaming environment to enhance player enjoyment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall gaming experience.
• Report any issues or concerns to the management team in a timely manner.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous, especially in the gaming sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a charismatic and engaging personality.
• Comfortable with technology and live streaming equipment.
• Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining a high level of enthusiasm.
• Knowledge of casino games and gaming regulations is a plus.
