Provide efficient helpdesk support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues involving software, hardware, and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in the support database.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
Educate customers about product features and best practices for usage.
Stay up-to-date with the latest product information and technical advancements.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Familiarity with common operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
