Provide exceptional customer support to Estonian clients via phone, email, and chat

Promote and explain loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement
Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in our services
Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Stay informed about company products, services, and updates to provide relevant assistance
Requirements
Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles is preferred
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems effectively with a customer-first mindset
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable using technology and experienced with CRM systems
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
