Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish clients through various communication channels
Effectively address customer inquiries and provide customized solutions
Promote loyalty programs and initiatives to encourage customer engagement
Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve service quality
Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Stay knowledgeable about the latest products and services offered by the company
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
Experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles is preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficient with technology and familiar with CRM systems
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
